The villa has exclusive use of 600m² of outdoor space. A terrace with a large wooden dining area, a deck with 4 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a BBQ, and a private pool that delights children and cools the grown-ups. A garden corridor leads to the sand of the almost-private beach of Gennadi — just 50 steps away you'll find 3 exclusive beach umbrellas with 6 beds overlooking the deep blue Aegean. We provide, free of charge, racquets, balls, inflatables and a fishing rod.
Near the Villa
The village at the edge of the sea.
Direct access to an almost-private beach is just the start. About 100m away, the Lounge Bar Café Sposa serves cocktails and snacks on the beach (or to your villa). A 15-minute walk or 1-minute drive brings you to Gennadi, the largest village in South Rhodes — supermarket, bakery, fruit shop, butcher, local products, ATM, post office, pharmacy and a 24-hour public infirmary. In the evenings the village fills with locals and visitors enjoying taverns, restaurants, pizzerias, cafés and bars.
